Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL of HIV1 antibody (clone 1027) is used with 0.1 μg/lane ofantigen in reduced SDS-PAGE gel then blotted on PVDF membrane.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

During viral assembly, the proteins form membrane associations and self-associations that ultimately result in budding of an immature virion from the infected cell. Gag precursors also function during viral assembly to selectively bind and package two plus strands of genomic RNA.
