Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx.70 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum and FrontalCortex) lysates (calculated MW of 61.0 kDa according to NP_000800.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1 - 0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Cortex shows patchy staining near orat the neuronal cell membrane. Recommended concentration: 2 - 4 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
