Applikationshinweise: Western Blot: use at 0.1-1 μg/mL. An approx.50 kDa band is observed in human placenta lysates (predicted MW of 50 kDaaccording to NP_110437.2). Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit at 1: 64000 dilution.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
