Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: ICC (5 - 10 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Detects PP2A (36kD) in human A431 and in murine 3T3 RIPA cell lysates. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitated PP2A from 500 μg of A431 RIPA lysate. Immunocytochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL shows positive immunostaining for PP2A, C subunit in A431 fixed for 10 minutes with 4 % paraformaldehyde in PBS.
