Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo, ICC (2 - 15 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat LILRC1. The detection limit for rrLILRC1 is approximately 1.5 ng/well. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 30 % cross-reactivity with rmLILRCI and less than 1 % cross-reactivity with rrLILRC2. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat LILRC1. The detection limit for rrLILRC1 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 2-15 μg/mL. This antibody will detect human rat LILRC1 in rat splenocytes. Flow Cytometry: Dilute to 50 μg/mL and add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 μL of a 25 μg/mL stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as anti-goat lgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. This antibody has been tested on rat splenocytes for use in flow cytometry.
