Usage: This affinity-purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, western blotting and possibly in immunoprecipitation as well. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. By western blot a band approximately 100 kD in size corresponding to Myosin 1 G protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
