This antibody reacts with the 85 kDa ß-chain of the human LRP/alpha MR which 2is expressed in a restricted spectrum of cell types. Cross-reacts with rabbit LDL receptor-related protein (LRP) or mouse LRPAntigen detected in Human, rabbit, rat, hamster and mouse.
Immunogen
LRP antibody (85 kDa) was raised in mouse using human LRP/a2 MR as the immunogen.
IHC: 1:20 Optimal conditions should be determined by the investigator.
