Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.TFEC antibody [N1], N-term detects TFEC protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: A549 cells were fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.Green: TFEC protein stained by TFEC antibody [N1], N-term (107-10053) diluted at 1:500.Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.Sample (30 μg of whole cell lysate) A: 293T 10 % SDS PAGE TFEC antibody 107-10053 diluted at 1:1000
