- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Western Blot: Approximately 20 kDa band observed in human cerebellum, liver and placenta lysates (calculated MW of 20.0 kDa according to NP_000137.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human brain cortex shows cytoplasm staning of pyramydal neurons. Recommended concentration, 3-6 μg/mL.
