Spezifität: This antibody is expected to recognize all three reported isoforms (NP_001020366.1, NP_001020365.1, NP_001257.4).

Aufreinigung: CES1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: CES1 antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region (near C-Terminus) of CES1.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 55-60 kDa band observed in human liver and Ileum lysates (calculated MW of 62.6 kDa according to NP_001020366.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing CES1 a band of approximately 65 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human lung shows staining of lymphocytes in the vasculature. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL.
