Spezifität: This antibody is expected to recognize isoforms b and d of SMN1 (NP_075012.1 and NP_000335.1) and all reported isoforms of SMN2 (NP_075013.1, NP_075014.1, NP_075015.1 and NP_059107.1).

Aufreinigung: SMN1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: SMN1 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of SMN1.

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 26 kDa band observed in human cerebellum lysates (calculated MW of 28.5 kDa according to NP_075012.1 and NP_075014.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
