Aufreinigung: SCAP2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: SCAP2 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of SCAP2.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate (calculated MW of 41.2 kDa according to NP_003921.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SKAP2 a band of approximately 45 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed in Jurkat at 28 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
