Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Approximately 170 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi, Jurkat and MOLT4 (calculated MW of 111 kDa according to NP_055521.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Yang et al, tumor Res. 1999 Aug 15,59 (16) :4056-63, PMID: 10463607). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL.
