Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 22-23 kDa band observed in mouse brain and rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 22.4 kDa according to mouse NP_032764.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. an additional very strong band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 50 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
