Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 85 kDa in human placenta and a very strong band at approximately 40-50 kDa in human skeletal muscle lysates after 0.1 μg/mL staining.7 kDa according to NP_001040625.1 and of 61.9 kDa according to NP_005854.2. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil shows staining of fibrous structures. Recommended concentration, 2.5 μg/mL.
