Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in Molt4 lysate (calculated MW of 63.2 kDa according to NP_005466.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SH2B3 a band of approximately 65 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0 μg/mL.
