Western Blot: Approximately 37 kDa band observed in human skin and human testis lysates (calculated MW of 39.6 kDa according to NP_003605.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows cellular membrane staining of spermatocytes. Recommended concentration, 4-6 μg/mL.
