Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Western Blot: Approximately 200 kDa band observed in NIH/3T3 lysate (calculated MW of 222 kDa according to NP_001380.2 and 174 kDa according to NP_996770.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
