Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band in human testis lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
