Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. In transfected 143B transiently expressing Human AARS2 a band of approx. 100 kDa is observed. This band is barely visible in the non-transfected 143B. The calculated molecular size is 107 kDa according to NP_065796.1. Recommended concentration, 1-3μg/mL.
