Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 26 kDa band observed in human cerebellum, mouse and rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 23.7 kDa according to NP_008961.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Acevedo et al, Exp Cell Res. 2007 Dec 10,313 (20) :4091-106, PMID: 18028908). Recommended concentration: 0.001-0.01 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 17 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
