Western Blot: Approximately 85Da band observed in human peripheral blood mononucleocytes ysates (calculated MW of 65.3 kDa according to NP_000388.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Teahan et al, Nature. 1987 Jun 25-Jul 1,327 (6124) :720-1. PMID: 3600769). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL.
