Applikationshinweise: Approved: ICC (1:100 - 1:500), IF (1:50 - 1:500), IHC, IHC-P (1:100 - 1:1500)

Usage: Immunohistochemistry: Antigen retrieval is recommended. Antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA  pH 9.0 buffer will enhance staining. Likely to work with frozen sections. In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated. Formaldehyde-Fixed Cells 1:100 - 1:500: Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended Human controls: Breast Carcinoma, Colon Carcinoma, HeLa Cells, Lung Adenocarcinoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Prostate Carcinoma, Stomach Adenocarcinoma, Testicular Seminoma.
