Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000. Western blot: Approx 100kD band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi and HeLa (calculated MW of 57.8kD according to NP_000192.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Pino et al, Reproduction. 2009 Nov,138(5):837-47. PMID: 19661147). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
