Immunogen Mice were infected with the paramyxovirus SV5, Simian-Virus 5. Remarks: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the SP2/0 Ag14 myeloma cell line.
Sequenz GKPIPNPLLG LDST
Klon SV5-PK1
Isotyp IgG2a
Reinigung Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Andere Bezeichnung Pk (V5) Epitope Tag (GKPIPNPLLGLDST)
Substanzklasse Tag
Hintergrund The V5 epitope tag is derived from a small epitope (Pk) present on the P and V proteins of the paramyxovirus of simian virus 5 (SV5). The V5 tag is usually used with all 14 amino acids (GKPIPNPLLGLDST), although it has also been used with a shorter 9 amino acid sequence (IPNPLLGLD).
Applikationshinweise Immunoprecipitation. Radioimmunoassasy. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. ELISA: 1/1000 - 1/5000. Western Blot: 1/1000 - 1/5000.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
