Applikationshinweise
Flow cytometry: 1/25, use 50 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/20. Recommended positive control: Bone marrow. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
