Weitere ELISA Kits für Hemoglobin Subunit beta Interaktionspartner

Chimpanzee Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

  1. Pan troglodytes and Pongo pygmaeus were screened for mutations in the beta-globin gene (exons 1, 2, and 3) for suspected thalassemia.

  2. We found no evidence of the major deleterious mutations at HBB in chimpanzees that confer resistance to malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum nor evidence of long-term balancing selection at these loci.

Cow (Bovine) Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

  1. Data indicate that on incubating hemoglobin with glyoxal for 0-20 days, advanced glycation end products (AGEs) were detected on day 20.

Pig (Porcine) Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

  1. In this study, hemoglobin subunit beta was identified as a classical swine fever virus capsid protein-binding protein by glutathione S-transferase (zeige GSTa2 ELISA Kits) pulldown and subsequent mass spectrometry analysis of PK-15 cells.

Horse (Equine) Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

Human Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

  1. In the presence of free alpha subunits and H2O2, both HbA (zeige SCN2A ELISA Kits) and HbE (zeige HBe1 ELISA Kits) showed bCys93 oxidation which increased with higher H2O2 concentrations. In the presence of Alpha-hemoglobin stabilizing protein (AHSP (zeige aHSP ELISA Kits))Cys93 oxidation was substantially reduced in both proteins.in the presence of excess free alpha-subunit (zeige POLG ELISA Kits) and under the same oxidative conditions, these events are substantially increased for HbE (zeige HBe1 ELISA Kits) compared to HbA (zeige SCN2A ELISA Kits)

  2. In conclusion, in this work we demonstrated that HBB is expressed by breast cancer cells, its expression is correlated with tumour aggressiveness in humans and its forced overexpression enhances breast cancer cell aggressiveness in vitro and in vivo.

  3. NF-E2 (zeige NFE2 ELISA Kits), TAL1 (zeige TAL1 ELISA Kits) and KLF1 (zeige KLF1 ELISA Kits), all activators play a primary role in HSs (zeige GFER ELISA Kits) formation in the LCR

  4. Five different beta-globin haplotypes were linked to sickle hemoglobin alleles in Mazandaran province.

  5. 2 cases of Polish patients with hereditary hemolytic anemia suspected of thalassemia were studied; identified 2 different frameshift mutations positioned in the third exon of HBB; results show a lack of natural stop codon due to the frameshift in exon 3 of beta-globin gene causes rapid degradation of its mRNA and indicate existence of novel surveillance pathway

  6. Our work suggested a novel function for HBB as a theranostic molecule: an innate antimetastasis factor with potential utility as an anticancer drug and a biomarker signaling the presence of clinically undetectable metastasis

  7. we concluded that this novel beta-globin gene mutation was associated with the mild phenotype of beta-thal.

  8. We first report a novel beta chain variant, Hb Heze [beta144(HC1)Lys-->Arg; HBB: c.434A>G], in a Chinese family. Heterozygous inheritance of the mutation results in a mild beta-thalassemia (beta-thal) phenotype, whereas compound heterozygosity of Hb Heze with beta(0)-thal appears as the cause of beta-thal intermedia (beta-TI) in our case.

  9. the Fe-His bond of the beta subunits at alkaline pH causes a substantial increase in the change in global structure upon binding of CO to the beta subunit (zeige POLG ELISA Kits)

  10. We screened for b-thalassemia-causing mutations by direct sequencing in different districts of West Bengal. Mutation detection was done using Sanger sequencing of the HBB gene. Results: A total of 14 different mutations were observed, including rare mutations IVS1-130(G>C), IVS1-129(A>C), -90(T>C), CD16 (zeige CD16 ELISA Kits)(-C), -30(T>C), CD15 (zeige FUT4 ELISA Kits)(-T), and a novel mutation CD53 (zeige CD53 ELISA Kits)(C>T).

Orang-Utan Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

  1. Pan troglodytes and Pongo pygmaeus were screened for mutations in the beta-globin gene (exons 1, 2, and 3) for suspected thalassemia.

Mouse (Murine) Hemoglobin beta (HBB) Interaktionspartner

  1. Data show that mediator is recruited to the beta-globin locus by the LDB1 (zeige LDB1 ELISA Kits) complex.

  2. In hemizygous beta-globin knockout (BKO) mice, the duodenal calcium transport was lower than that in wild-type littermates, and severity was especially pronounced in female mice.

  3. The study analyzed protein-DNA interactions in the murine beta-globin gene locus.

  4. Data suggest that beta-globin promoters in general do not exert any appreciable nonlocal effects on chromatin structure.

  5. HIRA (zeige HIRA ELISA Kits) is not only critical for beta-globin expression but is also required for activation of the erythropoietic regulators EKLF (zeige KLF1 ELISA Kits) and GATA binding protein 1 (GATA1).

  6. Data indicate that Myb and BCL11A cooperate with DNMT1 to achieve developmental repression of embryonic and fetal beta-like human transgenic globin genes in the adult erythroid environment.

  7. A single observed change in a histocompatibility complex (MHC) peptide (I-Ek) anchor residue historically induces a different topology at an important segment of hemoglobin beta chain peptide bound to a T-cell receptor amino acid residue.

  8. GATA-1 (zeige GATA1 ELISA Kits) occupies the beta-major globin promoter normally in fetal liver erythroblasts from mice lacking the LCR, suggesting that GATA-1 (zeige GATA1 ELISA Kits) binding to the promoter and LCR are independent events that occur prior to loop formation.

  9. These results are consistent with the hypothesis that activation of the beta-globin gene locus is initiated by protein complexes recruited to the LCR.

  10. Reactive beta globin sulfhydryl group concentration is genetically determined.

Hemoglobin Subunit beta (HBB) Antigen-Profil

Beschreibung des Gens

The alpha (HBA) and beta (HBB) loci determine the structure of the 2 types of polypeptide chains in adult hemoglobin, Hb A. The normal adult hemoglobin tetramer consists of two alpha chains and two beta chains. Mutant beta globin causes sickle cell anemia. Absence of beta chain causes beta-zero-thalassemia. Reduced amounts of detectable beta globin causes beta-plus-thalassemia. The order of the genes in the beta-globin cluster is 5'-epsilon -- gamma-G -- gamma-A -- delta -- beta--3'.
