    PIK3R2 / Phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 2 Antibody

    Spezifität

    Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase) is composed of p85 and p110 subunits. p85 lacks PI 3-kinase activity and acts as an adapter, coupling p110 to activated protein tyrosine kinase. Two forms of p85 have been described (p85°™ and p85 æ), each possessing one SH3 and two SH2 domains. Various p110 isoforms have been identified. p110°™ and p110 æ interact with p85°™, and p110°™ has also been shown to interact with p85 æ in vitro. p110 79oΩL expression is restricted to white blood cells. It has been shown to bind p85°™ and p85 æ, but it apparently does not phosphorylate these subunits. p110 79oΩL seems to have the capacity to autophosphorylate. p110Á does not interact with the p85 subunits. It has been shown to be activated by °™ and æÁ heterotrimeric G proteins.

    Known_Application: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed) (1-2 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT),(Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95 °C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes),Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.

    Positive_Control: Human spleen or bladder.
