Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Direct ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL Detection limit is ~0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL Detection limit is ~0.2 ng/well. Flow Cytometry: 3-10 μg/mL/1 x10⁶.
