Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (25 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL. Add 10 μL to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
