Detects Met only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1234/1235 (Mr 145kD). This antibody cross-reacts slightly with activated PDGF, insulin and FGF receptors, but it does not cross-react with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse and monkey. Species sequence homology: rat 100 % .

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
