Spezifität
- Specific for ERK 1+2 when phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204. On Western blots, it identifies two bands at ~42 and 44kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with UV-treated human Jurkat cell lysates. Immunolabeling in UV-treated Jurkat cells is blocked by the phosphopeptide, but not by the dephosphopeptide.

Applikationshinweise
-
Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (1:1000)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot (rat): 1:1000. Immunohistochemistry, human (formalin fixed, paraffin embedded): 1:400. Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, heat induced epitope retrieval with citrate buffer, pH 6.0, is required prior to staining. -
