Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Neutralization. Western Blot: 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-5 under reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
