Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL. Best results obtained by subjecting tissue to heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Positive control: WB: A431 cell extracts.
