Usage: ELISA, Flow cytometry. Functional studies: It has been shown to block the activation of monocytes with LPS). Immunoprecipitation: suitable. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1 μg/mL. Flow cytometry: 2-5 μg/1 x 10 cells. However, the optimal condition has to be determined for individual experiments.
