Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 20 μg/mL. Use 10 μL to lane 1 x106 in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 1-10 μg/mL. Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections prior to staining. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10 μg/mL. Positive control: Human tonsil. -
