Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer32, 36 (H-D-S (p) -G-L-D-S (p) -M-K) derived from Human IkB-a. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
