Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band in human cerebral cortex, kidney and liver lysates after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
