- Spezifität
- Identifies purified Grp78 (BiP) protein and reacts with proteins corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Grp78 and Grp94 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots in samples from mammal, bird, insect and plant origin. Cross reacts with yeast proteins containing the HDEL sequence. An unidentified protein at ~55kD is also detected in some lysates. This antibody does not react with Hsp70 (Hsp72) or Hsc70 (Hsp73).
