Spezifität: This antibody recognises CD226. Clone DX11 is reported to inhibit T- and NK cell mediated cytotoxicity against tumour cell targets and to block TNF alpha and IFN gamma secretion by alloantigen-specific T-cells. We recommend the use of SM2023A for funtional studies.

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/20, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL.
