Applikationshinweise: This antibody binds to Factor H and has been used to determine Factor H levels in a sandwich ELISA assay (Daniels-Treffandier, 2016). Alone it has no effect on Factor H activity, but it is able to reduce the increase in cofactor activity mediated by the antibody clone OX24.

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
