Spezifität: Reacts with most mammalian Type VI collagens and has negligible cross-reactivity with Type I, II, III, IV or V collagens. Non-specific cross-reaction of anti-collagen antibodies with other human serum proteins or non-collagen extracellular matrix proteins is negligible.

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:2000-1:4000. 1 μg of Collagen VI was used in a standard sandwich ELISA with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (HRP conjugated) and (ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Western Blot: 1:250-1:2500. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen tissue sections): 1:25-1:100.
