Spezifität: This antibody detects endogenous level EGFR only when phosphorylated at threonine 693.

Aufreinigung: Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.

Immunogen: EGFR (Phospho-Thr693) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of threonine 693 (P-L-T (p) -P-S) derived from Human EGFR.
