Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: 1/8000. Western blot: Approx 11 kDa band observed in Human Human Heart lysates (calculated MWof 12.1 kDa according to NP_055060.1). Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. An additional band of 21 kDa was consistently observed, however this band was notblocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non-specific signal. We call forcaution when used for other assays than Western blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
