Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 37 kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (calculatedMW of 37.7 kDa according to NP_149084.1, isoform delta). An additional faint 47 kDa bandconsistent with calculated MW of 40.7 kDa according to NP_149083.1 (isoform gamma) isalso observed. Immunohistochemistry: 1.0 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil,stains a group of cells in the interfollicular area, below the epithelium of tonsillar criptaeand weak in germinal centre.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
