Spezifität: The antibody detects endogenous level of CDC2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 161.

Aufreinigung: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorrylation site.

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr161 (T-Y-T (p) -H-E) derived from Human CDC2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
