Spezifität

The antibody detects endogenous level of CDK2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 160.

Aufreinigung

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen

Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr160 (T-Y-T (p) -H-E) derived from Human CDK2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
