Applikationshinweise: WB: Concentration: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL, Tested Species: Human, The detection limit for Src is approximately 0.25 ng/lane under reducing conditions.
IHC-P: Concentration: 0.5-1 μg/mL, Tested Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Epitope Retrieval by Heat: Boiling the paraffin sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 20 mins is required for the staining of formalin/paraffin sections.
Notes: Tested Species: Species with positive results. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end users.

Hintergrund: Sarcoma (Scr) is a proto-oncogenic tyrosine kinase originally discovered by J. Michael Bishop and Harold E. Varmus. belongs to a family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases called Src family kinases. The human SRC protooncogene was assigned to chromosome 20. Its gene is mapped to 20q12-q13. The discovery of Src family proteins has been instrumental to the modern understanding of cancer as a disease where normally healthy cellular signalling has gone awry. This proto-oncogene may play a role in the regulation of embryonic development and cell growth.
