Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.

Kommentare:

The purified antibody is conjugated with cross-linked Allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary.

Hintergrund: Integrin subunit alpha X,CD11c (p150, alphaX integrin subunit) forms complex with CD18 (beta2 integrin subunit) and is expressed mainly on tissue macrophages and dendritic cells. CD11c binds to complement fragment iC3b, fibrinogen, VCAM-1 and ICAM-2 or e.g. CD90. Like other beta2 integrins, CD11c/CD18 plays roles in cell migration and phagocytosis.
