Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1-5 μg/mL detected Src (60kD) in a RIPA lysate of chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEF). Immunoprecipitation: 1-2 μg immunoprecipitated Src using 250-500 μg of Src-transformed chicken cell extract, as reported by an independent laboratory. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. -
